TEC - Tubing Encapsulated Cable (TEC) is specifically designed and manufactured to endure the harsh environments commonly encountered in the oil and gas industry. This cable can be used for various applications, including data transmission for downhole gauge systems, as well as for larger cores where power is needed, or for a combination of both.

 

We are the only manufacturer that produces and controls all TEC components including fiber / copper cores, hydraulic control / chemical injection lines and in-house encapsulation.

Product Introduction

TEC - Tubing Encapsulated Cable (TEC) is designed and manufactured to withstand the varying harsh environments found associated with the oil and gas industry. The cable can be utilized for data transmission such as downhole gauge application through to larger cores where power is required or a combination of both.

Product Forms

Features of TEC Steel Pipe Armor

316L has strong anti-rust and corrosion resistance, and also has excellent forming and welding characteristics. 825 has high corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, and can be used in high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion environments.

 

Features of Flat Pack

Flat Pac has the features of both capillary tube and TEC. It can be designed and manufactured according to different requirements. For its technical data please see the selection tables of capillary tube and TEC.
